Splitting the floor into two apartments requires to use the little available surface in the best possible way.

So I wanted to eliminate any kind of corridor and take advantage of every square meter
available:
The service spaces are located in the central area, passing between the rooms, between the living area and the sleeping area.

In this way, the walkable surface is used totally and the natural light, from the windows, can illuminate all environments.

The living room are big and bright and in the flat B the kitchen can be occasionally detached from living room with a sliding wall.
