Description

Hello,
You now probably looking at my proposal.
Well, althought these two appartments are quite small, I believe than they can be really ergonometric and beautiful for a family! I based my design to the necessary elements a small appartment needs, in order to meet high end standards.
At the top appartment (let's call it "A") the idea is to enter to a multifunctional space which is separated from the bedroom areas by a sliding panel. So, there is the possibility of complete isolation. As you enter the space, you would see a wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling multi furniture with storage and maybe open shelves hosting books, music, stuff. The living room is an open plan space with dining table (suitable also for preparation) and a clever kitchen corner. The kitchen was placed in the specific area in order to be a cozy spot for the cook of the family, and also give the possibility to leave the dishes in the sink for the next day and watch a movie, as the counters are not visible from the sofa. The master bedroom ownes a nice walk-in dressing, however this could be converted to a desk or lounge area with hmm, a banquette maybe. The bedroom could also be great for office (until the baby comes) and replace the bed with a nice sofa.

Concerning the other appartment (B), the idea is almost the same but here there is a different translation. The appartment's feature is this long "closet" which is actually a multi-space. It hosts the kitchen (you could imagine a contemporary, minimal kitchen with built-in devices), the laundry and storage spaces which could be further designed with open and closed parts. The bedrooms and the bathroom hall are also isolated with a sliding panel to retain space linearity.

I hope my design meet your expectations! At any case, I hope you will find your perfect fit floor plan in order to make two amazing appartments!
