Recommendations:
- Include a washing/drying machine in the design of the base kitchen cabinets, to put it further away from the sleeping area, so all amenities will be included in the apartment.
- Maybe for more privacy and comfort, using acoustic insulation inside the wall between the two apartments and the two bedrooms in each unit.
- I left sufficient space in the hall so the client has all the freedom to choose any size of storage, according to his/her need.
- to avoid overheating in summer by direct solar radiation in the south apartment use any kind of horizontal external shading devices to protect the internal space.
