the project foresees the division of an apartment into two, Apartment A 94 m2 and Apartment B 95 m2.
Both apartments have an entrance lit by natural light and wardrobes for storing shoes and jackets, a service bathroom with washing machine and an eat-in kitchen. From the living area made up of spaces for sofa and TV and dining area, you enter the sleeping area through a hallway.
Both sleeping areas consist of a bathroom, two double bedrooms and one single.
The requests in the number of rooms and dimensions have been respected.
