ING - Based on the state of affairs of the property and on the basis of its needs, the house was divided into two apartments for "holiday" use, of which APP 1 consists of 2 bedrooms and APP 2 with a single bedroom but with sofa bed in the living area so that both apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.
Kitchen: both apartments have a kitchenette with the minimum necessary for a holiday home (stove, oven, sink, fridge).
Wardrobes: in both of the two double bedrooms there are wardrobes with doors flush with the wall. Furthermore, in apartment 2, in order to have more storage space (for any towel/sheet changes), a wardrobe/wardrobe (7) was created at the entrance, a built-in wardrobe (8) in the dining area and a piece of furniture/shelves ( 12) in the hallway niche for the sleeping area
Laundry: both apartments have a laundry cabinet for private use (washing machine is always useful in holiday homes)
APP 1 the entrance to the apartment opens directly onto the Open Space consisting of a kitchenette, a TV wall (which can also be built in masonry) a sofa and a dining corner organized with a bench and a round table (3).
The bench (3) could be made of wood with the containing seat. The backrest of the bench resting directly on the sofa would cover the back, creating a "united" effect between the TV area and the dining area.
The first bedroom has a double bed while the second is a single bedroom which can possibly be arranged with 2 beds (or pull-out bed)
APP 2 The entrance is disengaged and in this way the kitchen is hidden. Possibly given the organization you can also think of a hideaway kitchen.
The sofa is a sofa with a peninsula that can be converted into a sofa bed so as to have 2 additional beds
The bathroom has the wall in front of the door organized with a shower, laundry cabinet and sink all in a row to create a "clean and linear" effect.

ITA - Sulla base dello stato di fatto dell’immobile e sulla base delle sue necessità si è proceduto a suddividere la casa in due appartamenti ad uso “vacanza” di cui l’APP 1 composto da 2 camere da letto e l’APP 2 con una sola camera da letto ma con divano letto in zona giorno in modo che entrambi gli appartamenti possano ospitare fino a 4 posti letto.
Cucina: in entrambi gli appartamenti è stato inserito un angolo cottura con il minimo necessario per una casa vacanza ( fuochi, forno, lavello, frigo).
Armadi: in entrambe le due camere matrimoniali sono presenti armadi con ante a filo muro. Inoltre nell’ appartamento 2 al fine di avere maggiori spazio contenitivo (per eventuali cambi asciugamani/lenzuola) è stato creato un armadio/guardaroba (7) all’ingresso, un armadio ad incasso (8) in zona pranzo e un mobile/ripiani (12) nella nicchia del disimpegno per la zona notte
Lavanderia: entrambi gli appartamenti hanno un mobile lavanderia ad uso privato (lavatrice è sempre utile nelle case vacanze)
APP 1 l’ingresso dell’appartamento si apre direttamente sull’Open Space composto da un angolo cottura, una parete tv (la quale può anche essere realizzata in muratura) un divano e un angolo pranzo organizzato con panca e tavolo tondo (3).
La panca (3) potrebbe essere realizzata in legno con la seduta contenitiva. Lo schienale della panca appoggiato direttamente sul divano né coprirebbe il retro, creando un effetto “unito” tra zona tv e zona pranzo.
La prima camera è matrimoniale mentre la seconda è una camera singola eventualmente organizzabile con 2 letti ( o letto ad estrazione )
APP 2 L’ingresso è disimpegnato e in questo modo da cucina risulta nascosta. Eventualmente dato l’organizzazione si può anche pensare anche ad una cucina a scomparsa .
Il Divano è un divano con penisola trasformabile in divano letto così da avere ulteriori 2 posti letto
Il bagno ha la parete frontale alla porta organizzata con doccia, mobile lavanderia e lavabo tutto in linea a seguirsi per creare un effetto “pulito e lineare”.
