Dear Client

We aimed to optimize your space by eliminating unnecessary walls and reconfiguring the rooms
The former configuration had a lot of doors and walls that are no longer needed. These wasted a lot of space and made a very strange floorplan. Our idea was to put 3 (possibly 4) bedrooms in the upper part of the apartment and repurpose the former kitchen into the 5th bedroom, which can have an en-suite bathroom.
The living area is made into a large open space without walls, the kitchen is placed in the lower part so the living area can access the balcony and light from two sides. The kitchen is a large "L" shape with many cabinets so you do not need a pantry. Between these two areas is the dining table which communicates between them.
The bathrooms are placed in the lower left corner of the plan, so they arent near the entrance door and the first thing you see upon entering is the large living area. We placed 2 large bathrooms that can be reconfigured into 3-4 smaller ones easily. The wide corridor gradually narrows down to let in light from the living area to this far part of the apartment, it can be made smaller by attaching the closet space to the rooms, but can be left wide as well.

The main idea was to make a simple plan that can be further modified to your more specific needs (if you prefer smaller bathrooms they can be split etc...) whilst avoiding too narrow spaces that would make the sapce seem very heavy

We have also attached a furniture scheme that goes well with the light and natural concept of our design

We hope you like our project and find it useful

Gentile cliente
