you really have a nice apartment with a good view. i tried to make some modifications to create balance in the space i didn't do much to bathroom because of water supplies, added laundry room, tried to collect the reception and the living area. adding some art pieces and plants will make the space fresh enough .you can add a mdf flooring it is light and affordable , it will change the look .i tried to add some pics but i don't know what style you prefer .hope you like it.
