Project description

This interior presents a refined contemporary living space defined by balance, material contrast, and warm ambient lighting.

The focal point of the composition is a custom-designed feature wall integrating a large-format television within a marble-clad panel. This central element is framed by vertically articulated, deep green wall panels, introducing depth and a muted natural tone that anchors the room. A continuous linear LED backlight subtly outlines the marble surface, enhancing its veining while creating a floating effect.

Below, a suspended wooden media console with vertical slats adds rhythm and texture. Its light oak tone softens the darker backdrop and visually connects with other wooden elements in the space, reinforcing a cohesive material palette.

The seating arrangement is organized around a central rug that defines the living zone. A neutral-toned sofa provides a calm, minimal base, while two accent armchairs—featuring dark frames, woven cane panels, and green upholstery—echo the wall color and introduce a tactile, mid-century influence. The coffee table, sculptural in form with a combination of solid and glass elements, acts as a functional centerpiece without overwhelming the composition.

Lighting is handled with a layered approach. A sculptural suspended pendant with a soft, organic form diffuses warm light evenly across the room, complemented by recessed ceiling lighting and concealed LED strips that emphasize architectural lines.

In the background, a built-in shelving unit in rich wood tones adds vertical interest and provides space for curated decor, balancing openness with functionality. The parquet flooring, laid in a herringbone pattern, introduces subtle movement and warmth underfoot.

Overall, the design achieves a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and natural materials, with careful attention to proportion, lighting, and texture to create a calm yet visually engaging living environment.
