Hello, Hope you are doing well.
Here is a description of how the layout is planned: layout plan
So, its divided into five zone 1. entrance 2. storage and seating nook 3. seating room 4. dining area 5. circulation and entrance to other spaces.

zone 1. Entrance: on the entrance there is a niche where there is storage for like shoes, keys etc and a planter is designed to make it both functional and aesthetic. there is a side table give to hide the heat radiators underneath it (picture is provided how side table can easily and safely hide these heat radiators) and give a welcoming feeling.

zone 2. Storage and seating nook : there is a fluted glass partition (gives privacy as this space is right infront of the entrance) of 2 feet length between the entrance and storage seating nook. the storage can be used to store books and including seating with it give a cozy vibe (if you like reading) or for working as well.

zone 3. Seating area: Now coming to the most important part the seating area. there is a wall mounted tv unit but if you prefer to keep the already present molding on this wall you can use the low table tv unit. There is side table with a lamp and then with window, window seating is designed which will help in providing the additional seating space and hide the heat radiator underneath it(picture for refrence is given). less costly then the fancy paneling to hide the radiator. then there is a sofa with the centre table.

zone4. Dining area : Close to the kitchen and with 4 person seating table with 2 chairs and a side seating up against the wall which saves space. and five enough space for circulation.

zone5. Circulation and entrance to other spaces: the column is included in this zone with a mirror on the front to make it look like its part of the interior design.
