Small but Functional Loft

For this tiny 18 Sqm loft apartment, every inches of the space have to be thought carefully in order to fit the most basic daily activities of the apartment's residents. To achieve the purpose, a second floor was installed so as to create a mezzanine space as create extra space. Some of the furnishings used in the plan have to be custom made in order to fit to the tiny space. To give a spacious feeling yet warm, neutral color and wood finishes were used. It will also be able to accommodate two people at the same time.
