We are a young couple who bought an apartment of about 85 square meters on the top floor with a terrace of about 45 square meters. The apartment's height is 240 cm throughout the apartment (flat roof pitch - no exposed beams).

The apartment will be delivered finished and the choice of floors and wall coverings of the bathrooms has already been carried out. The position of the sanitary fixtures is determined as well as the partitions. The position of the cooking area and its connections is defined (small movements along the equipped wall allowed). The heating system is of the radiant floor type.

The main request is that of a consultancy on the choice of the type / color / materials of the furnishings and lighting that integrate perfectly in the available environment and with the finishes already selected minimizing the sensation of reduced height as much as possible.

- terrace furniture to make it an integral and active part of the home

Some of our desirable preferences (please not consider them if they would compromise the functionality of the spaces):
- peninsula with stools to complete the kitchen

Siamo una giovane coppia che ha acquistato un appartamento di circa 85 mq all'ultimo piano con un terrazzo di circa 45 mq. L'appartamento è un recupero sotto tetto con un'altezza di 240 cm per tutto l'appartamento (tetto falda piana - no travi a vista).

L'appartamento verrà consegnato finito e la scelta dei pavimenti e dei rivestimenti dei bagni è già stata effettuata. La posizione dei sanitari è determinata così come le pareti divisorie. La posizione dell'angolo cottura e dei relativi attacchi è definita (ammessi piccoli spostamenti lungo la parete attrezzata). L'impianto di riscaldamento è del tipo pavimento radiante.

La richiesta principale è quella di una consulenza sulla scelta della tipologia/colore/materiali dell'arredamento e dell'illuminazione che si integrino alla perfezione nell'ambiente a disposizione e con le finiture già selezionate minimizzando per quanto possibile la sensazione di altezza ridotta.

- arredamento del terrazzo per renderlo parte integrante e attiva dell'abitazione

Alcune nostre preferenze non vincolanti se comprometterebbero la funzionalità degli spazi:
- penisola con sgabelli a completamento della cucina
- divano con chaise lounge (divano letto)
- dettagli vintage e/o in stile industrial
- dettagli in legno/pietra
