We delivered 2 options for the apartment. Both has its own advantages.
Option 01 : We add a small passage between the living room and the bathroom without changing the bathroom space. The wall separator is made of wardrobe and drawers, a functional but non permanent separator that can be removed in the future if needed. The door towards the laundry room will be moved into the passage area, so that the kitchen can have more space.
Option 02 : We add another entrance to the bathroom thru the laundry room. The laundry room can be functioned as a walking closet also. We expand the bathroom and the laundry space by moving the walls of the bathroom and laundry towards the bedroom by 55 cm. Changes of the bathroom layout focused on the shower and the wash basin.
