Description

Hi! The proposed project involves the demolition of interior partitions, except for the wall that divides the living area from the sleeping area. The choice is dictated by the desire to use a small distribution element for access to bedroom and bathroom. In addition to providing free access to the bathroom without going through the bedroom, this choice allows to maintain unchanged the position of the toilets as request and allows to create a niche / closet within the distribution space, where you can place washing machine.
The living area is open; only a portion of the separation wall, which could be realized with a plasterboard or wooden panel, is provided between living room and kitchen. It is advisable to paint this wall with a dark color like anthracite gray or dove gray in accordance with the colors of the floor grit.
For all other walls I recommend the use of white. The furnishings are all white, in order to make environments brightest.I choose few items colored in every room. Some elements of the living room contain the colour yellow; if in the living room the floor grit tends to red, I recommend to replace the elements that contain yellow with dark green ones.
The choice of white for the walls is dictated by the desire to keep the old floor grit in the living area and in the bedroom. For the bath I recommend the replacement of the coatings.
The replacement of windows and internal doors is not required, but it is eventually necessary to replace the golden handles with steel handles.
I choose all furnishings by Ikea, with the exception of bath forniture that can be purchased by Leroy Merlin, if you need to replace the ones in use.
The gray areas in the floorplan (entrance, corridor, kitchen) indicate a lower ceiling which can be realized with plasterboard and used to place spotlight.
