Briefing

I would like to organize and design the space and make it functional cozy and great.
We are a family with two kids and I would love a space that can
be used and enjoyed. Adding walls or partitions is a possibility as well as changing the stairs although I am
Not sure it can be moved. The only limitation is the position of the plumbing and gas for kitchen I thinkneed storage and i like modern minimal italian style but with personality. I feel like the space is really not utilized and developed at its best. Deciding how to design and allocate space and functions, for example how to design the kitchen how to play with
the open space and create cozy corners is very challenging. I feel like the space was never really intelligently and professionally developed. the ceilings are very high, therein one brick wall in one side and a wall with a lots of windows on the other. Deciding window treatments or curtains shades is also difficult, but we need them as it is at street level.
I feel that the right brilliant architect's mind will probably see things I cannot see and I hope to find someone to work with, also choosing furnitures etc!
Abbiamo comprato questa casa anni fa ma non abbiamo mai sviluppato bene gli interni, c'era un piano proposto dall'architetto che ha curato la ristrutturazione ma non ci e' mai sembrato adeguato. Il fatto che per tanti anni siamo stati sul punto di partire e che questa casa verra' a un certo punto affittata ci ha sempre bloccati. Credo che sia uno spazio grazioso e originale che con una visione giusta può' migliorare molto. Le indicazioni degli spazi sulla piantina non sono da mantenere ma nessun furniture e' necessario, e' tutto temporaneo e viene da altre case in cui abbiamo vissuto. Mi pare che un o una professionista potrà' vedere con bravura spazi e potenziali meglio di noi. Non vediamo l'ora di collaborare su un progetto! Grazie! Budget average to high.
