Briefing

We are a couple around 40 years old without children and we would like to renew the night area of our apartment which is located at the first floor in a small condo with a garden.

Currently we have three rooms, a main bedroom, a studio and a general use room (potentially a second bedroom). In the night area are also located two bathrooms.
All these rooms are connected by a long corridor that divides the night area from the living area.
In the room currently used as main bedroom there is a small balcony.
All the rooms have the window at 100 cm from the floor and usually the heaters are below the windows, the only exception is the main bedroom 1 where the heater is beside the french window to the terrace (as reported in the map). All the apartment is 285cm height. The internal walls thickness is 12 cm.

In the future we would like to keep three rooms (main bedroom, guest bed room, studio), it is not mandatory to have the balcony in the main bed room.
We would also keep two bathrooms, this is mandatory. One of them with the washing machine (today it is is the bathroom 2). One bathroom has to have the shower and for the other one we would prefer to have also a tub.

A complete revamping of the bathrooms can be also taken into consideration, it is not mandatory but neither forbidden. In this case the position of the toilet drains (both bathrooms) cannot be moved a lot due to construction constraints. It is possible to propose to have the tube or the shower where there is the window.

Our desires are:
1. have a small locker in the night area, we do not have it now and we must use the small balcony
2. have a walk in closet (cabina armadio) instead of the normal closet that we currently have
3. if possible both bathrooms accessible from the corridor (avoid dedicated bathroom to a single room)

The living area has been renewed a couple of years ago, with a rather modern and minimal style. We like this style and it would be good to have it also in the night part. We attached some pictures of the current set up in order to give a better idea of the apartment.
We have already decided to change the internal doors of the night part and we will install white doors.

The apartment must be as comfortable as possible for the real owner: our cat.
