Following your request I have proceed to furnish the apartment, accordingly to your decorative preferences and needs.
You will find I have not made any structural or finished changes, in order you only have to buy and install the furnitures. All the items in the project are low cost but with a good taste in design; from Maisons du Monde and Ikea, including the kitchen cabinet installation.
For the living area I choosen an extensible table from Ikea, which allows you to include 2 more chairs if needed (8 seats). And a replica of Eames chair (as you shown on your references), which you can buy from 40€.
In the living area you will find a modern white sofa from Ikea, and chair and side tables from Maisons du Monde. (The mirror in the wall over chair is also from Maisons du Monde, the model BLAKE RUSTY 49€) Where is located the antenna plug, I have fixed the TV on the wall and used two wood shelfs from Ikea to define the area.
For the bedrooms I choosen an unique model of furnitures, to give it a boutique-hotel feel, making your property more atractive to your guest eyes. You will find both in same rooms: A double bed from Ikea, a console table with a mirror that can be used as dressing table, a wardrobe, and 2 individual beds in the mezzanine floor of both rooms.
I haven't touch the bathrooms since I consider they're fine. You can find nice accesories for it, such as towels in Ikea.
Resuming, I have tried to design for you a "Modern, sophisticated and luxury afordable apartment which will allow you to stand over other vacational offers for your guests".
