The idea of the project is to, following the client’s requirements, create a flexible space, with elegant and modern atmosphere. Functionality and logical movement throughout the whole house were put in the first place. My approach is to take the best of the both to create a pleasant and comfortable residence, and to pay the special attention to every detail of the interior space in such an outstanding environment in which the apartment is located.
The unit is located at the corner between two roads and the access to the apartment is allowed from two sides. First impression in this crossroads is big dining table - meeting spot, where quests get together after walk. A comfortable table allows easily accommodate 6-8 people.
This living area also consists of the kitchen area and living room area.
In order to make the kitchen as big as possible I kept its position along almost the entire wall. In extension there is a lower element for TV. If You want you can put TV on the wall so it’s visible from every part of the space. Comfortable seating is in front of the screen, with low sofa rest and cozy armchair, accompanied by two effective side tables.
I tried to create this living space as a generous and well proportioned area. Furniture is modern and simple, mostly in white, beige and wood-flavored color with beautiful, simple lines and quality natural materials.

Bedrooms are equipped with multifunctional furniture and has a sleeping area, make-up corner, and dressing area connected to the toilet zone. Main spot in each room is big comfortable bed. Reading and relaxing area is on the mezzanine floor, where in both rooms are positioned two more possible sleeping spots. Bedrooms are bright, soft and gentle to all senses, keeping the warm and delightful feel. Impressions are enriched with few furniture pieces in marine blue color: paintings, linen and vases. It makes space more dynamic and playful.

Functionality of the space with the choice of cozy furniture that breathes warmth, elegance, simplicity and harmony was put in the first, while conveys Mediterranean style.
