Thanks for the oppornutiy. It was a really challenging competition.
I tried to follow all your needs according to design brief.
First Floor:
I enlarged kitchen area to fit all your needs and move pantry on the right side. (next to dining) I put modern furnitures and heating in 4 seasons room as you requested. I used bathroom and powder room space efficiently with modern design.
Second Floor:
I furnished all bedrooms in second floor with different looks. I designed all bathrooms and other rooms with modern style as you showed in plan.
Basement:
I put reception desk, display tables and bookshelves in reception area. I also put enough space to work and store in art workshop area.
I tried to demonstrate all rooms and exterior with renderings. I hope you appreciate the value of hard work.
