The architecture of our project first and foremost is maximally adapted to the needs of a client and the regulations of the site, the design is minimalistic, modern and fresh-looking, yet still cheap to build and for later servicing, consisting of simple reinforced concrete frames and is filled with concrete blocks. The Plan is two identical mirrored houses with a shared wall. The minimalistic architectural style used in this project gives flexibility to be beloved by a client with any kind of taste. Three colors (white, black and wood) used for exterior blend beautifully together and create harmony.

Larger portion of the basement is taken up by a garage, which gives space to park freely up to two cars, but can also be adapted to have an additional tavern room with a fireplace, if needed. The basement level has laundry and boiler rooms according to client’s wishes. The stairs take as little space as it was possible.

Ground floor has a large living room with lounge space, dining area and a small bar. The kitchen is not separated from the living room by walls. At this level there is also a small bathroom. The porch (terrace) on the backyard is one of the main attractions of the project, which can be used as a lounge space.

The first floor has one double bedroom, which has access to one separate balcony and also to a shared balcony. There is another larger bedroom with two beds, working space, separate balcony and also access to shared balcony. There is one large bathroom at this level. Plan of the first floor can be adapted to have two small separate bedrooms, instead of the large one.
