Description

The design that I have developed for the "Sea House" contest seeks to satisfy all the client's requirements. The apartment has two entrances. There is a main and elegant entrance in black, which leads to a hall where there is a vase and a hanging lamp. Upon entering, on the right side of the door, there is a cabinet that is hidden, there you can hats, coats, shoes and other things. In this space there is also the dining room for 6 people. The most important space in the apartment is the living room and the study, they are in the same space, there are many armchairs, plants and a wall with a mirror which reflects the sea and the waves.
The kitchen is hidden, but has natural ventilation. Next to it is a small bathroom.
There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
There are enough cabinets to store clothes and objects.
The secondary entrance leads to a room. It has a closet and a movable table.
The way to divide the room for rent with the rest of the apartment is through a door that is located in the corridor.
In the living room you can expand the table and place more chairs.
