Thank you for the opportunity to design your apartment with beautiful sea view. After studying your needs and the apartment exsiting, I came up with four alternative design proposals. In all alternative designs, the living room layout is same, while the kitchen, bedroom, bnb, and bathrooms are different. In this alternative 1 design, I made an entrance with round table in the middle just like the reference image that you gave in the description. I also made corridor to access bedroom and bnb room from inside apartment. The kitchen is can be opened and closed adjusting condition. It can be opened widely with folding door, so the sea view can be enjoyed from kitchen as well. There is also sliding door that separated kitchen with corridor. It allows natural light from windw to the corridor.
The alternative 2 design has similarity with alternative 1 design. The difference is only the bedroom and bnb layout, which bnb in the alternative 2 design has smaller area than in the alternative 1 design.
In the alternative 3 design, the access to the bnb room is from bedroom which can be opened occasionaly. It gives bedroom larger space thank the alternative 1 and 2.
In this alternative 4 design, I proposed one more bedroom with small size in case guest has to stay.
