Vorremmo rinnovare questo appartamento appena comprato e farlo diventare la nostra casa vacanze. Oltre a rivedere il bagno vorremmo concentrarci sull'area giorno per sfruttare al massimo il soggiorno sia per pranzare che per rilassarci (serve anche la tv). A noi piace cucinare quindi è necessario trovare una buona soluzione di arredamento per la cucina, che è proprio piccola. Possiamo anche considerare di ampliarla ma in tal caso è opportuno assicurarsi di stare nel budget, che è di circa 40.000€ per ristrutturazione e mobili.

Le due camere saranno una per noi matrimoniale e una per gli ospiti ma non vorremmo investire molto in questi due ambienti.

E' importante che la proposta ci faccia capire anche quali colori adottare per l'arredamento e i muri.

Aria condizionata e riscaldamento in tutta la casa sono necessari.
Il secondo bagno (quello sulla terrazza laterale) non serve rivederlo ma può essere considerato per la lavatrice se non ci sono alternative.

English version

We've just bought this apartment and we'd like to revamp it to make it our holiday home. We definetly need a new bathroom and a good layout for the living room where we want to enjoy the full sea view both when dining or relaxing (or tv watching). We like cooking but the kitechen is quite small, so some creative works is needed here. We may consider to make the kitchen bigger if compatible with the budget.

We don't want to invest too much in the bedrooms, which have to be one double and one for guests. No investment at all in the second bathroom (the one on the terrace) except for the laundry machine if it doesn't fit anywhere else.

Air conditioning and heating in all rooms is a must.

We definetly need some indications about the colours for forniture and walls.

Our budget for renovation and forniture is aprox. 40.000€ (tax included).
