Hello dear client, this is my proposal for "San Marco house" project!
the concept is in two levels, as you requested. The first floor includes a bright living room with and kitchen, a bathroom and laundry area, and also storage and a room which can be used for a variety of activities such as a home gym or a guest room, or even a family game room. on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bigger bedroom with a bathroom, there is also a big storage area on the corridor.
And for the surrounding area, I designed the pool exactly 10 meters away from the house, parking for 2 cars, and also a seating/relaxing area at the corner of the lot.
the proposed plant's selection was to cover the side fences so that you could have more privacy but also give you the bloom and greenery needed throw out the whole year.
