Briefing

La piantina allegata rappresenta un'ipotesi di divisione dello spazio (attualmente è disposto in maniera differente).

L'obiettivo principale consiste nello spostare il salotto e la zona da pranzo sul lato della casa esposto a sud. L'ambiente dovrà essere caratterizzato da una grande vetrata (di almeno 7 m) da realizzarsi sulla parete rappresentata nella foto 1.
Guardando la pianta si tratta della grande stanza sul lato sinistro.
La parete sul fondo ospiterà un grande camino di fronte al quale sarà collocato il divano; nell'altra zona del salone (guardando la pianta quella che occupa l'angolo in basso a sinistra) sarà collocato un grande tavolo da pranzo (ne possediamo già uno che misura 2,5 m da chiuso e che arriva fino a 6 m). La zona del salone prossima alle scale potrebbe ospitare una piccola zona bar dove posizionare anche l'impianto audio.
La vetrata potrà essere costituita da porte scorrevoli (2,5 m) e vetri fissi, dipenderà anche da come si vorrà gestire il pilastro presente al centro del salotto e prossimo alla parete da aprire.

La zona nell'angolo in basso a destra dovrebbe ospitare la cucina con un'isola al centro, sia di servizio (ad es. con lavello e tagliere) che adatta per consumare la colazione o pranzi veloci. Anche la cucina avrà una porta a vetri (2,3 m) che sostituirà la porta esistente, visibile nella foto 2, a destra della porta di ingresso (tutti gli infissi saranno sostituiti).

A lato della cucina, l'angolo in alto a destra guardando la pianta, ci sarà un bagno e un locale di servizio (lavanderia, dispensa). La parete che separa questa zona dalla cucina potrà ospitare una dispensa a muro.

La divisione sin qui descritta rappresenta un'ipotesi non vincolante, l'unica opzione che non può essere derogata è la collocazione del salotto nella zona esposta a sud (area a sinistra della piantina), il panorama di cui si godrebbe è visibile nella foto 3 (sarà necessario spostare 2 alberi che saranno collocati sulla destra del terreno antistante).

La scala in questo momento scende dritta (foto 4); nella piantina allegata si è ipotizzato di spostare verso sinistra gli ultimi 3 gradini per chiudere la scala alla vista entrando dalla porta principale e per ricavare un armadio. Anche in questo caso si tratta di un'ipotesi non vincolante. C'è da dire che ci piacerebbe anche mettere in risalto la scala, alleggerendola, ma abbiamo accantonato l'idea, immaginando costi eccessivamente alti, saremmo ovviamente pronti a cambiare idea se smentiti.

Per quanto riguarda i materiali e i colori si può fare riferimento alle foto allegate. Ci piacerebbe un parquet a listoni, ruvido e materico, nel salotto e nella zona da pranzo (entrambe potrebbero essere leggermente rialzate rispetto al resto della casa), alle pareti qualche inserto in legno o in altri materiali (anche in pietra purché non risulti artefatto e incoerente con le caratteristiche strutturali della casa).

In cucina immaginiamo qualcosa che ricordi la pietra per il pavimento mentre per gli arredi e per l'organizzazione dello spazio vorremmo dare assoluta priorità all'aspetto funzionale (ad esempio zona cottura completamente in acciaio, grande tagliere in legno vicino al lavaggio, frigo a libera installazione).

I riferimenti fotografici rappresentano bene il mix di colori, gli accostamenti di materiali, la luminosità e il calore che vorremmo per la nostra casa.
