Dear client, trying to follow exactly what you wanted, down in the corner there is a complete room for a workstation you can furnished at any time, then there is the dinning table drawn with both dimensions and enough seating gap, and last but not least a sofa with the required dimensions and tv station in the same spot, maybe you will need add up some extra wire.
