The design proposal preserves the main elements of the current space, the staircase and the floor. The new elements and materials mix modern and classic concepts to work together with the existing elements, in this way the space is completely renovated but at the same time respects its traditional essence. It is proposed in some walls to leave the exposed brick with a rustic finish, walls with rustic gray paint. The kitchen mixes modern and traditional elements, minimalist upper cabinets with a hidden extractor hood, the lower cabinets are designed in a more traditional style, the bar serves as an auxiliary dining room due to its large size and at the same time is a work surface. The fireplace is highlighted by a brick volume that with its composition generates an interior facade completely integrated with the kitchen.
