Se plantea un estilo contemporáneo en armonía con los acabados actuales (con sabor clásico).
El diseño es un espacio abierto entre la cocina, el comedor y la sala, con protagonismo del mesón de la cocina, en donde se integra la mesa de comedor y el lavaplatos. El armario de la cocina con superficies trabajadas para dar una apariencia acorde, espacio para una gran nevera.
En la sala se encuentran dos sofás grandes con cojines hacia la pared para aprovechar el espacio con un estilo acorde y dos sillas estilo clásico moderno, también se plantea un mueble para librería o almacenamiento de vajilla, decorativo, clásico, hacia la pared en donde se dispone el televisor y elementos decorativos. Una mesa de centro decorativa acorde al estilo propuesto.
Se plantea una biblioteca cerca al cielo raso y cerca a la chimenea haciendo del espacio un lugar mágico.
La iluminación con puntos de luz y tiras LED y tres luminarias colgantes para la cocina y una para la sala bien dispuestas para hacer un espacio muy cálido.
Se conserva el suelo, la chimenea y las escaleras.

The design is an open space between the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, with a leading role in the kitchen counter, where the dining table and the dishwasher are integrated. The kitchen cupboard with worked surfaces to give a consistent appearance, space for a large refrigerator.
