La nostra proposta cerca di risolvere tre principali aspetti della richiesta della committenza; in primis la condivisione degli spazi tra 4/5 persone poi la possibilità di operare su una versatilità progettuale finalizzata a i prezzi e che sfrutti al meglio le risorse tecniche dell’appartamento.
Nella progettazione abbiamo ritenuto indispensabile la presenza di due bagni, visto il numero di frequentatori; pertanto abbiamo creato un modulo (nuovo bagno piccolo) che si postponesse alla porta di entrata per bloccare la visuale del bagno esistente e introducesse meglio al nuovo soggiorno. In quest’ultimo è stata spostata la cucina lasciando, come richiesto, la possibilità di ricavare un nuovo ambiente (da noi chiamato studio) dove avere un posto letto in più senza rinunciare ad un ambiente giorno/cucina spazioso e accogliente. Il bagno esistente è stato diviso tramite porta scorrevole, in modo da creare ambiente lavaderia separato da sanitari/doccia; I sanitari esistenti possono essere riutilizzati ad eccezione della vasca sostituita con un piatto doccia.
Il nuovo bagno e lo spostamento della cucina, sfrutteranno tramite un controsoffitto gli impianti esistenti; potranno infatti essere creati senza intervenire sui pavimenti e sulle pareti esistenti grazie ad accorgimenti tecnici ed all’uso del sistema sanitrit per gli scarichi. La tubazione del gas per i fornelli (nel caso si preferiscano alla piastra ad induzione) è di semplice spostamento/realizzazione ed economicamente a basso costo.
L’impianto di riscaldamento è stato mantenuto intonso ad eccezione della sostituzione nei due bagni dei termosifoni con termoarredi; proponiamo l’inserimento di un nuovo radiatore nello studio (ex cucina) in quanto operazione tecnicamente molto semplice in quanto la caldaia si trova su una parete confinante a detto ambiente.
Relativamente alla pavimentazione potrà essere mantenuta quella esistente in tutti gli ambienti; proponiamo come intervento minimo di sostituire quella dei bagni e di coprire con un laminato/parquet flottante,quella esistente dello studio (ex cucina). Detto laminato/parquet potrebbe essere posato in tutti gli ambienti (camere e soggiorno) previa taglio delle porte da realizzare in base allo spessore del materiale impiegato.
Proponiamo arredi Ikea che mediano tra il low badget ed un disegno spesso accattivante.
Our proposal aim to solve the three major aspects of the request of the customer; predominantly the sharing of space between 4/5 people then, the opportunity to work on a versatile design direct to contain prices and making optimal use of the technical resources of the apartment.
We considered essential the presence of two bathrooms, due to the number of visitors; Therefore we design a new modular (small WC) located head-on the door of entry to block the view of the existing bathroom and, better introduce to the new living-room.In the latter has been moved the kitchen leaving, as required, the possibility of obtaining a new room (which we called the study) that means an extraand privacy, without giving up a day room / kitchen spacious and welcoming. The existing bathroom was divided by a sliding door, so as to create a laundry space separated from sanitary / shower; The existing bath fixture can be reused with the exception of the tub replaced with a shower plate.
The new bathroom and the repositioning of the kitchen, through a false ceiling will exploit existing system; infact they can be created without using the existing floors and walls thanks to technical and system usage SANITRIT for discharges. The gas pipe to the stove (in case you prefer to induction plate) is of simple shift / realization and economically low cost.
The heating was kept untouched except for the replacement of radiators in the two bathrooms with heated towel rails; propose the insertion of a new radiator in the study (former kitchen) as operation technically very simple, since the boiler is located on a wall adjacent.
According to the existing pavement could be maintained allover the apartment ; we propose as a minimal intervention to replace the baths and cover with a laminate / parquet floating, as in the existing study (former kitchen). The laminate / parquet might be pose in all the rooms (bedrooms and living room) after cutting the doors to be implemented depending on the thickness of the material used.
Ikea furnishings suggest that mediate between the low badget and a design often appealing.
