Redesigning this apartment was a challenge. There were a lot of requirements to meet, since there was not enough space for all separate contents to have their one closed area. Therefore, Kitchen, Entrance Hall, as well as the Library, make a unique area, connected with Wine room (and trough it, a Studio), and Dinning area and Living room.
In the sleeping area, there is one small Children room, Master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a Master bathroom. A small terrace space is converted into a Sauna.
