As from the client's requests I kept the original Master bedroom in its position and it will be more than 15 square meters. The ensuite bathroom has been moved outside of this room. I created two more bedrooms for the daughters, one of them will be 16 square meters and the other one 13 square meters. There will be two bathrooms and the entrance will be separated from the living room. I tried to meet all the customer requests and now I'm going to explain the project in detail.
The master bedroom is very nice and spacious, it can accommodate a king bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables, one desk or bench/armchair and one chest of drawers. The bed can have a large storage container underneath it with four drawers or the gas-lift mechanism, it depends on the client's taste.
The most interesting feature of this bedroom is the hidden bathroom door. It is possible to create a private bathroom access and hide it inside the wardrobe. I love this solution because I think that a private bathroom access from the master bedroom is one of the most desirable things in a family house.
The daughter’s bedrooms are very spacious as well, they can accommodate a large linear 'bridge' wardrobe with a single or double bed underneath. The bed can have a storage or a second bed for guests. The bedrooms should have a wide desk and a comfortable chair to study, a mirror and a nice rug to play on.
There is the space to create two nice bathrooms. We all know that in a family of four people one bathroom is never enough. It is possible to create a double sink in each bathroom, so everyone can have their space whenever they want. One bathroom can have a built in shower and the other one can have a hydromassage bathtub, or both of them can have the shower, this is a customer choice only. In one bathroom I suggest to create a wardrobe with a hidden laundry inside. Just one door can accommodate a dryer and a washing machine, one on top of the other without taking up much space.
The living room is a beautiful huge space to create the heart room of the family. I suggest to use the long wall to have a great modern kitchen, the corner close to the window can be used for the dining table and the rest of the space is still big enough to have a large corner sofa. The television can be mounted on the wall in front of it with small floating shelves for the electronic equipment.
The entrance will be separated and it is possible to create a huge built in wardrobe to have even extra storage.
