Description

DESIGN APPROACH
The existing entrance of the land has been used and the building is positioned so that its long surface is parallel to the road. On one side of the plot divided by the entrance road, there is the showroom and its annexes, and on the other side there is a parking lot for visitors and employees. The back side is left as a landscape area.

SHOWROOM AND OFFICES
In the rectangular planned building, curved surfaces and strip lighting are used to break the mediocrity. In addition, the large glass surfaces you desire have resulted in an attractive exterior and a bright interior. Reception welcomes the customer at the entrance of the showroom. 6 cars are also exhibited in this area and a giant led screen can be used as an option. The showroom building, which looks like two separate parts from the outside with the office building, is connected inside by a very transparent transition. The facade of the office building is also designed to create bright spaces for the units inside. There are meeting rooms for 20 people and 15 office units, as well as toilets in this building. In the basement, there are additional exhibition space, warehouses and workshop.

OUTSIDE EXHIBITION AREA
This is a semi-open area where 18-24 cars can be displayed. There is also an area for 4 vehicles for electric vehicles under the top cover covered with photovoltaic panels.

You can find more detailed information about the design from the plans and images. However, if you have any questions or requests, there is no harm in contacting me after the contest is over.

Best regards.
