Il contest è stato sviluppato tenendo contodelle necessità richieste, proponendo una distribuzione degli ambienti che mantiene quasi inalterata la muratura attuale, con accorgimenti sia funziomali che estetici consoni ad una ristrutturazione di immobile di pregio in chiave classico-moderno. La zona living e di rappresentanza a cui si accede da un ingresso importante mantiene la sua volumetria ampia e luminosa, con l’inserimento di portali e cornici in cartongesso oltre che divisori come montanti o librerie, viene identificato in più aree; la zona conversazione/tv,la zona pranzo, e una zona filtro più vicina all’ingresso con studio e bagno ospiti. Dalla cucina ampia e luminosa con isola centrale si accede ad una zona di servizio con ripostiglio e lavanderia e alla camera della colf con bagno privato. Il disimpegno della zona notte, a cui si accede anche dal living, conduce alla zona più privata della casa con due camere da letto per I figli, un bagno, e la suite padronale con guardaroba e bagno privato. La zona veranda ha mantenuto la volumetria attuale pur pensando ad un restyling completo dal pavimento al soffitto agli infissi in vetro, ed ospita la zona fitness ed un salottino. La grande terrazza vista mare è pensata come un prolungamento della zona living con una zona sedute ed un grande tavolo pranzo con cucina esterna e barbecue. Lo stile classico-moderno a seconda dei materiali e delle finiture scelti può avere varie interpretazioni. Uno stile caldo ed accogliente ma anche elegante, per il pavimento della zona giorno proporrei il marmo tipo Calacatta Oro che ben si abbina a rivestimenti parietali in legno o a boiserie in gesso, per la zona notte il parquet.

The contest was developed taking into account the required needs, proposing a distribution of the rooms that keeps the current masonry almost unchanged, with both functional and aesthetic features suitable for a renovation of a prestigious property in a classic-modern key. The living and reception area which is accessed from an important entrance maintains its large and bright volume, with the insertion of plasterboard portals and frames as well as dividers such as uprights or bookcases, it is identified in several areas; the conversation/tv area, the dining area, and a filter area closer to the entrance with study and guest bathroom. The large and bright kitchen with central island leads to a service area with utility room and laundry room and to the maid's room with private bathroom. The hallway of the sleeping area, which can also be accessed from the living room, leads to the most private area of the house with two bedrooms for the children, a bathroom, and the master suite with wardrobe and private bathroom. The veranda area has maintained its current volume while thinking of a complete restyling from floor to ceiling to glass fixtures, and houses the fitness area and a sitting room. The large sea view terrace is designed as an extension of the living area with a seating area and a large dining table with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Depending on the materials and finishes chosen, the classic-modern style can have various interpretations. A warm and welcoming but also elegant style, for the floor in the living area I would suggest Calacatta Oro marble which goes well with wooden wall coverings or plaster boiseries, for the sleeping area the parquet.
