1. Interior Layout
To meet your functional needs, we reorganized the spaces and added a light external volume to create a clearer main entrance and cover the existing staircase, while keeping natural light through metal and glass partitions.

2. Exterior Approach
Respecting the load-bearing façades and the semi-detached nature of the building, we focused on subtle, harmonious upgrades:

- Covering the staircase with a light contemporary structure
- Repainting the pitched roof in a modern black tone
- Adding simple architectural volumes at the entrances to visually unify the property
- Updating windows and doors with more modern selections
- Using cement-based(microcement) façade finishes in two warm beige tones
- Enhancing the small garden area in front of the house
