Dear designers,
this apartment is currently being renovated, it is an attic of about 150 square meters. In the photos you can see a canopy, there will be a terrace. My idea is to create a modern space, with an open space for living area and kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in-closet, a second and smaller bedroom, a bathroom and a closet outside for laundry etc.
I’d like the terrace to be covered with glued laminated timber. In this terrace I’d like to put sofas, tables to dine, an oven and a barbecue area.
I’d really like the living area to face the terrace. You can close the existing balconies if you don’t find them useful.
I’m impatient to see your ideas!

il presente spazio è in fase di ristrutturazione. trattasi di una mansarda di circa 150mq.
Nelle foto dove vedete la tettoia sto provvedendo a fare un solaio per creare una terrazza. L'idea è quella di creare uno spazio moderno, con cucina e salone unico ambiente, stanza da letto con wc e cabina armadio in camera, stanzetta, wc, e ripostiglio esterno per lavatrice ecc .
La terrazza sarebbe idea di farla coperta in legno lamellare, con sotto previsto divanetti tavole, forno pizze e barbecue.
attendo vostre in merito. Ovviamente è l'ideale avere lo spazio cucina e salone che affaccia direttamente sulla terrazza. Essendo in fase di ristrutturazione è possibile chiudere balconi là dove non occorrono .
