The renovation concept is a modern minimalist house design that focuses on clean lines, open and functional spaces, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Since the house is currently in a raw structural state, the proposal will reorganize the ground and first floors with new partitions, electrical and plumbing systems, and a redesigned staircase.

The layout will maximize the living area, reduce unnecessary corridors, and create a balanced flow between the social spaces on the ground floor and the private family areas on the first floor, while respecting the existing structural constraints.
