This Appartment has an enormous potential and we really want to show you our vision!! We propose a new distribution for the spaces, so we minimize the circulations areas and now you have integrated and bigger spaces!!! But don’t get scared if you see the whole Project, the internal spaces are almost the same.
When you come into the appartment you’ll see (to your right) the social area: The kitchen is in the same place, but now is open to the dining and living room. We propose an island because it helps to create the illusion of the limits of each space and also serves you as an auxiliar dining table. We suggest the entertainment furniture in the living area (with TV), so you have more storage cabinets. In these spaces we think you should use simple furniture, very functional, attractive and in neutral colors.
