This design proposal sought to meet the client's expectations in order to provide optimal spaces, concentrating on a vast, spacious living room overlooking the beautiful scenery from the northern sliding windows.
The layouts are presenting different arrangements. The first layout fucoses on differentiating private parts including bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry that are being separated from the public parts in order to provide the residents with more privacy and comfort. The entrance is equipped with a shoe wrack and a wardrobe and a sitting bench and has a direct access to a bathroom. The kitchen has been integrated with the dining room and the living room in order to support them, enjoying the maximum space possible. The bedrooms can share the bathrooms without being disturbed by guests in the living room and vice versa.
The second layout offers a bigger entrance and a laundry room for the lady of the house and the kitchen is located closer to the living room.
