Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Nell'opzione 01, notiamo che l'ingresso è sempre lo stesso, ma ora con un armadio a lato della porta, che può essere utilizzato come deposito di scarpe e che ha anche la funzionalità di ambientalizzare l'ingresso.
Poco più avanti, vediamo una porta scorrevole, a lato di questo armadio nell'ingresso, che dà accesso alla cucina, ben delimitata da due porte, una laterale e una frontale, entrambe in vetro e scorrevoli. Questo è servito a mantenere una buona illuminazione dell'ambiente e a delimitare gli ambienti in modo più sottile.
La cucina è dotata di un'isola, dove si trova il piano cottura e dove si trovano 4 postazioni per il fast food. Oltre a un piano d'appoggio a forma di "L" con molto spazio per cucinare e riporre tutto ciò che è necessario.
Uscendo dalla cucina, si accede al soggiorno/sala da pranzo, dove si trova un grande tavolo con 08 posti a sedere, un grande e bellissimo divano, di fronte a un incredibile pannello TV, con un camino incorporato nella sua base.
Tutti questi ambienti sono stati progettati sulla base delle immagini di riferimento e quindi sono stati utilizzati colori più chiari e neutri, ma con l'uso di texture diverse sulle pareti del soggiorno e della cucina, per dare un aspetto più moderno al luogo.
Il bagno degli ospiti si trova vicino al corridoio principale della casa, in modo da facilitare l'accesso ai visitatori. Questo bagno serve anche i residenti delle camere 01 e 02, essendo un bagno completo, con doccia e molto spazioso.
La camera da letto 01 è una stanza graziosa e accogliente con un bel letto singolo con comodino, spazio per un grande armadio e una scrivania per lo studio.
Entrambe le camere da letto hanno la stessa superficie interna, cambiando solo la disposizione dei mobili, in modo da poterle utilizzare al meglio. Nella camera 02 abbiamo anche un bel letto singolo con comodino, un ampio armadio e una scrivania per lo studio, che rende l'ambiente molto accogliente.
Entrando nella camera da letto principale, notiamo subito l'armadio, un grande spazio per riporre vestiti, scarpe, biancheria da letto e così via. In modo da essere molto più organizzati e riservati. Poi abbiamo accesso al bagno della suite, completo e molto funzionale, dotato anche di un'ottima doccia.
E poi si accede alla camera da letto di questa suite, molto spaziosa e accogliente, bella e che segue sempre i gusti del residente. Dispone di un grande letto king-size, con un letto laterale e un moderno pannello frontale con spazio per installare una TV.
Già nell'opzione 02, ciò che cambia davvero è la zona sociale della casa (soggiorno/sala da pranzo e cucina).
Ciò che differenzia l'opzione 02 dalla 01 è che l'ordine di questi ambienti è stato cambiato, per cui il soggiorno si trova proprio all'ingresso della casa, con gli stessi mobili, ma ora con il camino al suo posto originale, solo con una finitura più moderna.
Il tavolo da pranzo si trovava tra il soggiorno e la cucina, il che aiuta molto in questa delimitazione degli ambienti.
La cucina si trova dietro una grande porta a vetri, dove vediamo che c'è un'isola con piano cottura e spazio per 04 posti a sedere, ma ora con molto più spazio per installare armadietti e persino una torre calda (posto per installare forno e microonde).
Allo stesso modo, questa opzione presenta anche colori più chiari e neutri, per mantenere lo stesso stile.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
In option 01, we notice that the entrance is still the same, but now with a closet at the side of the door, which can be used as shoe storage and which also has the functionality of setting the entrance.
A little further on, we see a sliding door to the side of this closet in the entryway, giving access to the kitchen, which is well bounded by two doors, one side and one front, both glass and sliding. This has served to maintain good ambient lighting and to demarcate the rooms more subtly.
The kitchen has an island, where the cooktop is located and where there are 4 fast food stations. As well as an L-shaped countertop with plenty of space for cooking and storage.
Leaving the kitchen, you enter the living/dining room, where there is a large table with 08 seats, a large and beautiful sofa, in front of an incredible TV panel, with a fireplace built into its base.
All these rooms were designed based on the reference images, and therefore lighter and neutral colors were used, but with the use of different textures on the walls of the living room and kitchen, to give a more modern look to the place.
The guest bathroom is located near the main hallway of the house, so as to facilitate access for visitors. This bathroom also serves the residents of bedrooms 01 and 02, being a full bathroom, with a shower and very spacious.
Bedroom 01 is a nice and cozy room with a nice single bed with nightstand, space for a large closet and a desk for study.
Both bedrooms have the same interior area, changing only the arrangement of the furniture, so that they can be used to their best advantage. In room 02 we also have a nice single bed with nightstand, a large closet and a desk for study, which makes the room very cozy.
As we enter the master bedroom, we immediately notice the closet, a large space for storing clothes, shoes, bedding and so on. So that it is much more organized and private. Then we have access to the bathroom in the suite, which is complete and very functional, also equipped with a great shower.
And then we have access to the bedroom of this suite, which is very spacious and cozy, beautiful and always follows the resident's taste. It has a large king-size bed, with a side bed and a modern front panel with space to install a TV.
Already in option 02, what really changes is the social area of the house (living/dining room and kitchen).
What differentiates option 02 from 01 is that the order of these rooms has been changed, so the living room is right at the entrance of the house, with the same furniture, but now with the fireplace in its original place, only with a more modern finish.
The dining table was located between the living room and the kitchen, which helps a lot in this room demarcation.
The kitchen is behind a large glass door, where we see that there is an island with a cooktop and space for 04 seats, but now with much more space to install cabinets and even a hot tower (place to install oven and microwave).
Similarly, this option also features lighter and more neutral colors to keep the same style.
