Hi, I would like a modern and minimal style, it is the top floor (Directional floor) of an office building of a company, where a 1/3 is used as offices the rest and consists of a hall and an area that is currently empty.
the idea is that in the hall we would like to create a “games” area with billiards, game tables and a relaz area, in the other part we would like to create a small gym and a personal apartment with a small spa, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting area, possibly making spacious rooms.

Salve, mi piacerebbe uno stile moderno e minimal, si tratta del ultimo piano (piano Direzionale) di una palazzina uffici di un azienda, dove un 1/3 è adibita ad uffici il resto e comoposto da una hall e una zona per adesso vuota.
l’idea è quella che nella hall vorremmo realizzare una area “giochi” con biliardo tavoli da gioco e un area relaz, nel altra parte vorremmo realizzare una piccola palestra e un appartamento personale con una piccola spa, una cucina, una camera da letto, un bagno e un salottino, possibilmente fare ambienti spaziosi.
