ENGLISH WILL FOLLOW :
DESIDERATA
 Devono esserci 2 bagni ma aggiungere la doccia a quello più piccolo. Il bagno più grande deve avere la vasca.
 Ottenere più luminosità ma tenere presente che non mi piacciono i colori pastello.
 La cucina deve avere la possibilità di essere chiusa ma vorrei anche avere un ambiente più aperto nel soggiorno.
 Il terrazzo vicino alla cucina è verandato e funziona da vano di servizio ma vorrei rivederlo i modo da aggiungere un piatto doccia per lavare il cane. Al momento c’è una vaschetta lavapanni, la lavatrice e la caldaia + un mobile di plastica alto e i bidoni della differenziata .
 Il mio compagno vorrebbe tenere il marmo che già esiste nella sala e nel ingresso e di cui allego foto.
 Vorrei un ripostiglio vicino la porta d'ingresso dove "buttare" dentro zaini, borse e cappotti.
 Vorremmo mantenere la credenza e per il momento il tavolo di fine '800 ma alleggerire tutto il resto dell'arredamento con arredamento moderno.
 siamo indecisi se mettere una portafinestra grande al posto della finestra grande attualmente nella sala.
 Ho indicato dove sono tutti gli scarichi dell’acqua ed sono da tenere presenti nel caso di proposte di spostamento di perché non è bene spostare ad esempio la cucina dall’altra parte della casa.
 Illuminazione calda
 Vorremmo se possibile mantenere l’armadio a muro nella camera da letto ( anche se può eventualmente essere ridotto).

WISH LIST:
- We want 2 bathrooms but add a shower on the small one. The bigger one must have the tub.
- We would like to have an environment more airy and bright. But keep into consideration that I do not like pastel colours.
- The kitchen must have the possibility to be closed while cooking.
- The balcony next to the kitchen is closed and act as service room. We would like to set it better and add an open shower where we can wash the dog. At the moment there is a washing basin, a washing machine, the furnace and a high plastic furniture + the waste bins
- My husband wants to keep the marble in the living room and in the entrance room. Please see picture attached
- We would like to have a closet next to the entrance door where we can “throw” coats, bags, shoes
- We would like to keep the cupboard and table end of ‘800 but mixing it with a modern/contemporary style
- We are not yet sure if we want to keep the big windows in the living room or change it into a big door window.
- I indicated where are at the moment all the piping and draining pipes and wc in order to keep them in mind, if your proposal include to move some room that for example you cannot move the kitchen in the other side of the house or we will have plumbing problems.
- We want a warm illumination
- We would like to maintain the built-in wardrobe in the master room (even if reduced)

We give comfort the better place than a very cutting-edge design.

We do not like classic style.
