Dear designers,
I need to renovate a famous restaurant in Puglia (Italy) specialised in fish cuisine, particularly raw fish dishes. The space has not been totally renovated since the 90s. During the day through the wide glass windows there is a nice view of the sea. Please find our needs below:
1- ENTRANCE:

- Demolition of the bar counter
- Removal of the boiserie
- Creation of a small office corner
- Inclusion of a coat hanger

2- RESTAURANT:

- Removal of the boiserie
- Renovation of the “south” wall where there is the TV that can be moved on the “east” wall
- Renovation of the “est” wall: we want to remove the wooden grill and create a functional wall for the storage of dishes, cutlery and for wines showcase
- Renovation of the wall where there is now the storage corner, with the creation of a Cash Register counter and a nice fridge counter to show fishery products
- Creation of false ceiling in the hall with new lighting and spotlights
- Total coverage of wooden beams and pillars: we want to get rid of all the wood in the restaurant

3- BATHROOMS:

- Please, move the bathrooms in the new position (as you can see in the floorplan) with a single anteroom for both the bathrooms

As regarding the 2 render views, we’d like to see the “east” and “south” walls of the main hall.

CONSTRAINTS:
- We cannot change or modify the windows fixtures;
- We cannot change or remove the flooring in the hall;
- We cannot demolish walls.

Please, bear in mind that the restaurant suffers from a high level of humidity, since it is on the sea. The situation is similar to the restaurants in Venice.

Trattasi di uno storico locale della costa biscegliese, specializzato nel servire pietanze di mare e rinomato per il suo crudo di mare. La stuttura interna, fatta eccezzione per qualche lieve intervento, è rimasta immutata da fine anni '90. Durante le ore diurne si può godere di un'ottima vista sul mare, tramite l'ampia vetrata esterna. La volontà della Committenza è quella di rimodernare gli spazi fruibili da parte dei clienti, andando incontro a quelle che sono le loro nuove esigenze.
Interventi necessari, suddivisi per zone:
1) hall di ingresso
- demolizione del bancone bar
- rimozione totale della boiserie
- creazione di cappottiera e piccolo angolo ufficio;
2) sala ristorante,
- rimozione totale della boiserie,
- riprogettazione della parete "Sud"dove è ubicata la Tv, con eventuale spostamento della stessa sulla parete "Est".
- riprogettazione della parete "Est" con rimozione del graticciato ligneo e creazione di parete attrezzata per lo stoccaggio di piatti, posate ed esposizione dei vini.
- riprogettazione della parete dove è ubicato il deposito, con creazione di piccolo angolo Cassa e nuovo banco refrigerato per esposizione di prodotti ittici, con valorizzazione degli stessi.
- realizzazione di controsoffitatura per l'intera sala, con nuove soluzioni illuminotecniche:
- masheramento totale di travi e pilastri lignei. La committenza non vuol più vedere il legno.
3) bagni
- spostamento nella nuova posizione (indicata in planimetria) con accesso da un unico anti-bagno.

NB: Le 2 viste render richieste, dovrebbero inquadrare rispettivamente, le pareti "Est"e "Sud".

VINCOLI
- non è possibile in alcun modo cambiare nè il colore, nè la forma delle finestre;
- non è possibile rimuovere e/o sostituire la pavimentazione della sala ristorante;
- non è possibile demolire porzioni di murature.

ACCORGIMENTI
- Le murature sono soggette ad un'inesorabile umidità di risalita, in quanto l'interà struttura è sul mare. Stesso identica situazione di Venezia.
