Dear client. Having considered the different types of service: Delivery, pizza by slice, in place table service, we looked for a way to sectorize the restaurant in different areas that satisfy each of these instances.
In the front there is a bar for six people designed for fast service, or for those who prefer the view of the street.
On the right side, a large leather upholstered bench covers the entire wall, from the glass window to the back, allowing a flexible assembly of the tables, accommodating groups of two, four or six people.
In the background, it was sought to generate a more intimate area of larger tables that could be reserved by larger groups, or function as a public bar.
All of these areas are organized around a central island that contains the service sector.
A service desk, product display, kitchen, cashier, warehouse with the wood-burning oven as the protagonist. The preparation of the food is visible for the customers, from every corner of the restaurant with the exception of the washing and storage areas.
We considered comfortable dimensions for the different service areas and a direct connection with the entrance, allowing the entry and exit of merchandise and delivery personnel without crossing the premises and disturbing the customers. A suspended shelf surrounds the bar and adds storage space for tableware, while allowing craft beer bottles and decorative items to be displayed.
We consider an intermediate occupation easily adjustable to the social distance protocols reached by the current pandemic.
Public toilets are located at the back and comply with accessibility regulations.
