Thanks for giving the opportunity through a competition, Glad to work on the project. You have a really nice property with a nice view of the town. Hence the balcony plays a very vital role in your day to day life so I have provided a lot of sittings in the design. Also From your reference got a glance that you are a really fond of plantations and green spaces which you really love keeping around you, I have kept this point in my mind while designing and hence providing you with ample of planters in the balcony and the Indoors as well. You also like raw finishes such as wood and stone so the flooring is in vinyl and wooden plank pattern. Also the color scheme is in beige light tone to make sure the space appears bigger.
