I have provided 3 proposals for the modification of your property. The first 2 proposals are more traditional and allows for the re-constructed part to be integrated functionally and aesthetically with the current building. The third concept implies an internal court that allows good circulation for the property regarding different rooms and functionalities.
Each of the three proposals re-constructed part are less or approx. 80-meter sq. as per required. I have provided a 3D model for each proposal as well as some renders so you can speculate the final look of the building considering each plan provided.
Although we haven’t got all the dimensions needed for the house considering heights. I have posted a section DWG. File for you with speculated heights in regards for the building roofs to show how the reconstructed part integrates with the current building roof.
Lastly, I have suggested in the plans which rooms will be considered family and which ones will be off for renting. This is our mere suggestion. Each room have outside access and all of them can be rented or incorporated in the main house as you see fit.
