Our idea in response to the question "Residence house or B&B" It is a flexible design that can be used separately or together.
Our idea was to use local and natural materials compatible with nature to induce a sense of life and peace and it was designed with a modern villa style and naturalism.
We did not add to the dimention of the building, but by using the mezzanine in the center of the building and the corridors and side porches, we eliminated the corridors and made the maximum use of the building space available.
We designed 4 separate residential units that have independent access from 4 channel entrances with porches and corridors.
One of them is intended for the host with a mezzanine that has a sleeping area, a closet and a storage room, whose porch is adjacent to the pool. Its modern kitchen with a garden view window and a direct connection to the living room, mezzanine and porch by the pool has increased the quality of this unit.
3 other units with independent accesses and porches are considered for rent, but the host can use one of the units whose door is adjacent to the living room as the parents' bedroom. (with his own opinion)
2 units are designed with balconies and furniture facing the pool and garden, and one of the balconies has an oven and special furniture that can be used for cooking outside the kitchen.
The bathroom of the rental units is designed with a bathtub, a tall window and a closet to create a beautiful experience of staying in them.
A small and modern swimming pool next to the villa was designed to increase its quality and beauty.
Car parking was designed under the canopy in front of the villa.
