In the proposed floor plan we have living, kitchen and dining area directly connected between them is only glass wall, on the right side of the living room there is a bathroom we get this bathroom by closing one part of the verand, the living area is connected with stairs that guide us to the gallery. On the gallery we have two bedrooms with office area.
On the opposite site of the living room we have two bedrooms with it is own bathroom completely independent.
The third bedroom is on the right side of the living room which again is independent with own bathroom.
The main idea is that three bedrooms with it is own bathroom to be used for B&B at the same time you can use Living room with two gallery bedrooms for you and your family.
