We are very happy to participate in your contest.
In the current building, we envisioned three bedrooms with private bathrooms, each with an independent porch and independent entrance.
These bedrooms will be used as B&B.
We expanded the existing kitchen and provided a glass walled porch (folding glass door) that will serve as a private kitchen, living and dining room for your private use.
We envisioned a corridor between the new living room (porch) and the B&B bedrooms, which will be used as access to the bedrooms during your private use of the building.
We also planned a guest bathroom in this corridor.
We designed the bedrooms in such a way that they have two doors that can be used both as an independent B&B room and as part of a private house (one door to private porches and one door to the corridor).
We tried to divide the rooms in such a way as to have the least destruction in the current walls.
