Description (English Version):

Entrance hall with individual access to the apartment - floor and footing in black granite with wallpaper (as show in the picture).
Lower plaster ceiling with 2 mini dichroic lamps each side. Stainless stell elevator door in front of a 2 pieces white door (1.40 m x 2.10m).
We want to keep the floor but change the walls , lighting and replace the door by a pivot door system.Rooms - divided in 4 spaces: dining room, office , living and home theater.
Porcenalato floor 80 cm x 80 cm (bright ivory) with footing in 20 cm white mdf. One of the side walls is painted in brown in harmony with the wallpaper of the dining room.
The idea is fully renew and redecorate the rooms and also integrate them with the balcony and the kitchen, putting the floors at the same level.
In principle, we are thinking about the same floor changing for kitchen and the balcony combining it with the porcenalato at the rooms. Rooms are separated from balcony in glass doors and walls.
We think about removing them to integrate both areas but at the same time we need an alternative solution to isolate the areas, if necessary. The air in this area is fully conditioned.
We have no curtains, only black out. Depending on the project we can put a roll curtain or something else.
Ceiling is lower in part of the room for the speakers and projector installation and lighting. We believe that few changes will be required. Between the rooms and bedrooms, we want to change the ordinary doors for pivot systems, harmonizing with door entry and the access to the kitchen.
Dinning Room – access wall to kitchen with wallpaper and conventional door. We want a run system door for access to kitchen. We’ll keep our white square resin table ( 1.5 m x 1.5 m ) and its 8 chairs.
We need a buffet to support the meals and dishes. We have a cabinet in lacquer, glass and mirror and we”ll keep it. Office - we want to change everything in this area. We want to add many bookshelves, including a cabinet and a new desk.
Living room – we have a couch (2.40m), 2 swivel armchairs in wood, a central and a side wood tables. We want to keep the couch and the armchairs (they can also be useful in the balcony). We also have a buffet in demolition wood and 2 puffs.
We think about using it but changing the tissue pattern for couch, the puffs and armchairs. The tables will be changed as well the carpet. Home theater - couch with chaise longue (2.4 m) and 2 puffs for support, panel (W= 1.90m to ceiling freijo wood, with 10 cm depth for the passage of equipment wire) tv of 46 inches, up in white lacquer sideboard (Lenght X Width X Height = 0.45 x 1.90 x 0.65 ) and 2 boxes of sound floor (L X W X H = 0.36 x 0.24 x 1.02m) and subwoofer (L X W X H = 0.36 x 0.36 x 0.43) placed next to the buffet.

Lighting of plaster with dimmer . Lavatory – small lavatory with wallpaper at the wall. We want to change the sink (white on the black granite) for a cubic white silestone sink. We also want to remove the wallpaper changing by some ceramic or porcelanato revestment. We will keep the black granite floor and the ceiling.
Balcony - our greatest challenge, because we want to change everything from furniture, lighting, barbecue area, floor, etc. We want a gourmet space integrated with the dining room, including barbecue, chess table, sink, cabinets, fridge, buffet with stools, hood (we already have collective smoke out). We also want to integrate the living and the rest of the home with the balcony. The balcony is all closed with glass (Vetrosystem).
We want a live wall with plants, spices and condiments to give us the idea of being really in a balcony.
I also have a portable fireplace that want to put at this place. Lowe plaster ceiling.

Hall de Entrada individual com acesso ao apartamento – Piso e rodapé em granito preto com papel de parede (conforme foto). Teto rebaixado em gesso com 2 mini dicroicas de cada lado. Porta do elevador em inox em frente a porta branca de 2 folhas (1,40 x 2,10). Queremos manter o piso porem mudar paredes laterais, iluminação e substituir a porta por pivotante.

Salas – As salas são divididas em 4 ambientes: jantar, escritório, living e Home theater. Piso Porcenalato 80 x 80 (marfim brilhante) com rodapé 20cm em MDF branco. Uma das laterais é toda pintada em marrom, em harmonia como papel de parede da sala de jantar. A ideia é repaginar as salas integrando totalmente com a sacada e cozinha, nivelando os pisos. Em principio, pensamos colocar o mesmo piso da cozinha/lavanderia e sacada, combinando-o com o porcenalato da sala. As salas são separadas da VARANDA por portas de vidro e paredes. Pensamos em remove-las para integrar os ambientes mas ao mesmo tempo buscar alguma alternativa de portas de correr ou algo parecido para isolar, se for necessário. O ambiente todo é climatizado. Não temos cortinas, somente black out. Dependendo do projeto vamos colocar rolo ou algo do gênero. O teto é rebaixado, atendendo a instalação das caixas de som e lift do projetor (chapéu de gesso), e iluminação. Acredito que poucas mudanças serão necessárias. Entre salas e quartos, queremos trocar porta normal por pivotante, harmonizando com porta de entrada e acesso à cozinha.
JANTAR – Parede de acesso a cozinha com papel de parede e porta convencional. Queremos uma porta de correr para acesso a cozinha. Vamos manter nossa mesa quadrada branca em resina(1,5 x 1,5m) e as 8 cadeiras. Precisamos de um buffet para apoio nas refeições e louças. Temos uma cristaleira ao lado da porta do lavabo em laca, espelho e vidro que vamos mantê-la.
ESCRITORIO – Queremos mudar todo projeto, incluindo muitas estantes, armário e mesa.
LIVING – Temos um sofá (2,40m), 2 poltronas giratórias em madeira, mesa redonda central e lateral em madeira . Vamos manter o sofá e as giratórias (podem ser aproveitadas também na sacada. Aparador de madeira demolição com 2 pufes. Vamos aproveita-lo e trocar os tecidos do sofá, pufes, e giratórias. As mesas de apoio serão trocadas. O tapete também.
HOME THEATER – Sofá com chaise (2,4m) e 2 pufes de apoio, painel L =1,90m até o teto em madeira freijó, com 10 cm de profundidade em função da passagem de cabos dos equipamentos) com TV embutida de 46 polegadas, acima do aparador branco em laca (H=0,65x L=1,90x P=0,45) e 2 caixas som de chão (H=1,02x L=0,24x P=0,36m) e subwoofer (H=0,43x L=0,36x P=0,36m) colocados ao lado do aparador. Prateleira branca que corta o painel de freijó de parede a parede, telão 104’ embutido em teto de gesso. Nas paredes laterais da sala, fotos de família branco e preto com moldura preta. Queremos mudar o painel do Home mas manter o sofá e pufes (trocar somente o tecido e almofadas). Iluminação embutida do gesso com dimmer.
LAVABO – Pequeno com papel de parede nas laterais. Queremos mudar a pia de apoio branca deca sobre granito preto, colocando um cubo em silestone branco prime e tirar o papel de parede trocando por algum revestimento. Piso em granito preto vamos manter. Teto rebaixado de gesso.
SACADA – Nosso grande desafio, pois queremos mudar tudo, desde moveis, iluminação, churrasqueira, piso, etc,. Queremos um espaço gourmet integrado com a sala de jantar, com churrasqueira, dominó, pia, armários, frigobar, balcão de apoio com banquetas, coifa (já temos saída de fumaça coletiva). Também integrar o living e home com o restante da sacada. Toda sacada é fechada com vidro (Vetrosystem). Quero uma parede viva para dar a ideia de ser realmente uma varanda. Também tenho uma lareira portátil que vou deixar neste ambiente. O teto é de gesso rebaixado.
