renovation of 8 balcony apartment with minimalist design

The apartment I would like to renovate is on the 10th floor of skyscraper: the result I would like to achieve is a minimalist design in light colors(but not total white) on light wooden floor with some industrial/concrete accent eventually.
The main feature of this apt is to have 8 balconies that make it a very bright apartment and this should be one of the main point after the renovation as well
In the planimetry attached you can see in red the walls that could be demolished and you can see the measures as well(please do not consider the furniture)
This is how I would like to split the apt:
-a big open space/living room(rooms with red label 1,2,3,4) that will have some walls in the middle in it as you can see from the planimetry. This room would have the kitchen as well.
-a secondary bedroom(room 5) and corresponding bathroom(room 8)
-a primary bedroom (room 6) and corresponding bathroom(room 7)
-another small space that could be an utility room or whatever you think it could be(room 9)

Some additional notes:
-a baby grand piano should be in the living room
-budget for forniture: around 25000 euro
-if you can write the kind of lights you would like to use it would be a plus
-the dark brown of balconies window fixtures that are already there should not be changed

Obiettivo della ristrutturazione è un appartamento di 150mq circa situato al decimo piano di un grattacielo: lo stile ricercato è minimal chiaro(non total white) su un parquet chiaro con contaminazioni industrial/concrete come nelle foto di esempio, eventualmente con qualche richiamo al cemento.
Particolarità di questo appartamento è avere 8 balconi con finestre a vetro che donano una grande luminosità che vorrei sfruttare.
Nella planimetria allegata ci sono le misure, non considerate l'arredamento che è solo un esempio.
Inoltre sono stati segnati di rosso i muri che saranno abbattuti quindi si avrà la seguente situazione:
-un grande open space (stanze con la scritta in rosso 1,2,3,4) separato parzialmente da dei muri, in questo open space è prevista una cucina a vista: non ci sono particolari vincoli sulla disposizione
-una camera da letta ospiti (stanza 5) e relativo bagno(stanza 8)
-una camera da letto principale + studio (stanza 6) e relativo bagno (stanza 7)
-un piccolo spazio che potrebbe essere adibito a vari usi: lavanderia, terzo bagno, rispostiglio etc (stanza 9)
-il corridoio(stanza 10)

Alcune note:
-nell'open space ci sarà un pianoforte a mezza coda
-budget per l'arredamento medio: orientativamente sui 25000 euro
-ho incluso la richiesta per la disposizione luci, sarebbe un plus sapere anche il tipo di luci da usare
-gli infissi marrone scuro gia' presenti sulle porte finestre dei balconi non devono essere cambiate
