Due to the fact that the house is used only for parties, we tried to avoid crowded design and use simple and practical layout and furniture. The main color of the house is bright and the furniture is chosen from warm and contrasting colors. Bright colors and local lighting have been used to create a sense of intimacy. Upon entering the house, a wardrobe with two drawers and a mirror is placed, which is used to put the shoes and clothes of the guests. Upon entering the house a full kitchen is provided with an island table with chairs. There is a sitting area for 5 people to sit in front of the TV table. The TV table has a bioethanol fireplace and a bookcase. The location of the TV is such that it can be seen from all over the room. The living room and kitchen are located next to a large window facing the terrace, and the kitchen has direct access to the terrace for reception.
The bedroom is in its current state and a large closet is provided for storing clothes and other items. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for guests to stay. The bathroom has not been moved due to many plumbing problems to move the bathroom. There is an 8-person dining table on the terrace with a comfortable sofa for entertaining guests and friendly conversations. In order to use the terrace during sunshine and rain, part of the terrace has a roof, which in your opinion can be fixed or movable. Due to the fact that the terrace staircase is large and spacious, we moved it with a simple and smaller staircase.
